Chippers Childminding offers flexible, affordable childcare for you with a fun environment that is safe and nurturing for your children.
We spend time at the park, the seaside, or in the garden whatever the weather. In the house we are led by what interests the children; making animals out of play dough, building a space ship from junk or painting pictures for the display wall in the playroom. In the Autumn we went on a Bear Hunt in the garden and had tremendous fun splashing in water, squelching in mud, running through a snowstorm and being chased by a bear. Very messy but very rewarding. We grow vegetables in the garden and meet up with other minded children through the week for more activites. Sometimes we decide to sit quietly and read. Sometimes we decide to make lots of noise playing instruments or banging pots and pans.
All this is done with the Early Years Foundation Stage in mind to help your children to grow and develop to their full potential.
